Before launching Lucky Penny, Crystal spent 15 years as a middle school English teacher—an experience that sharpened her ability to communicate clearly, think on her feet, and manage a million moving parts with patience and creativity.
As a mom and a former educator, Crystal brings both heart and structure to her work. She understands what it means to juggle priorities, and she’s passionate about helping business owners build systems that support their work and their lives.
